I write memoirs, fiction, and personal reflections inspired by the moments that shape us, the people who leave their mark on us, and the quiet courage of beginning again.

My books include Fractured, The Unforgiven Walk Alone, Running Shoes, and soon, HELD. Through every story, I return to one belief: the smallest moments often leave the deepest marks.

This website is home to my writing, my books, and Fire & Butterflies—a place where stories of love, loss, hope, resilience, friendship, travel, and ordinary life are shared one page at a time.

You’ll also meet Rosie, my rescue dog and faithful companion, who occasionally reminds me that the best stories begin by stepping outside.
